Blood pressure/heart problem?

I am normally a healthy 46yr old, however, last week I was very,very dizzy, my skin was tingly all over, and suddenly when I bent over I felt like all the blood drained from me in a nano second, then it felt like someone had poured Ice water over me, I began shivering uncontrollably and went to bed fully clothed but could not get warm, I had severe pain in my arm from my chest/neck down to my fingers, this pain was dull and lingering, I was breathless, I became scared andwanted to write farewell messages to my kids etc but the pain prevented me. After an hour my temp went the other way, I was sweating and couldnt cool down, still the pain in my arm etc. After 4-5 hours things settled (with painkillers) and I slept. the following day I felt much better and a pharmacy took my Blood pressure 101/52 ......that's poor isn't it? Does this sound like a blood pressure issue or did I have a mild heart attack?
