How can i make my own bbs or small that sting?

i was thinking about buying a cap gun from dollar tree and turning it into a bb gun. nerf bbs are way too slow to reload with all the bb changing( i use small pebbles) and the ing is annoying so i thought about a cap gun because they are way more accurate than nerf guns. and are all the cap guns that u can make into bbs revolvers?
