Please help! need opinions! dangerous situation?

It sounds like she has absolutely no control over the dog, and she should either be serious and have it trained by a professional trainer, or turn it over to someone who can deal with it. It will become a legal matter for her one day and she will regret it. Honestly, how would she feel if her dog "play bit" someones kid and she was sued for it?
