Do people who point out the failed Dem led congress think that the previous six years were good for America?

Heck, the Republicans ruled Congress from about 1996-2006 and had six years of control over the White House. Sure the Democrats in office haven't been the best, but I wish the party of 'personal responsiblity' would actually take personal responsibility.
