Bangkok: exploring,partying and women?

My friends and I (four 30 yr old guys from California) are going to be in Bangkok for about 2 days. Looking for advice for things to do during the day..anything we shouldn't miss..and where to party at night and meet women. Where is the best place to meet local women and foreigners? Any hotel or restaurant recommendations would be nice too. Ideas?
