Can you help me find a dress?

okay. so in about 2 months i have a sports banquet coming up, and i would like to have a dress before then. i would want a dress that is about an inch above the knee, and straps a little bit thicker than spaghetti straps. and if possible, a dress lesser than $45 dollars. thank you for your help :)
