Take the Yonge line south to College. Exit the station via College Park - turn left as you p through the turnstiles and follow the pageway until you see the Metro grocery store, then turn left twice and go up the escalator/stairs to the eastbound streetcar stop. Take the 506 streetcar east three stops to Sherbourne, and walk south to the health centre.
