Hereditary risk factors of Bipolar Disorder?

I have read that children that have a parent with bipolar disorder have a 15-30% chance of developing the disorder. My question is, what is the percentage chance for the grandchildren? If the maternal grandmother has Bipolar Disorder (she is the only one in her family that has it, an isolated case), what are the chances/risk that her grandchildren will develop it?
