I think I might have ..?

Alright so for as long as I can remember (Not positive but pretty sure) I have had these little bumps on the backside of the shaft of the , also some on the rear portion of the . Some look like they are whiteish, but I am white so who knows. They are no bigger than a razor bump...definitely not blister sized. Now they have NEVER hurt, itched, oozed etc. Could this be ? My ual history post dates me knowing I had the bumps. I got oral from 1 girl(no condom, didn't even think about it), said she was clean but who the hell knows, fooled around with 1 girl (just skin contact, no ), and had recently with a girl that was clean and had papers to prove it. Should I go get checked out? Where do I go, how much is it etc? Thanks for all of your help. Sincerely, Brian.
