Laptops with PC Express slots?

Crap! I just bought a laptop that has a PC Express slot instead of the trusty old PC Card Type II slot. I need that PC Card Type II slot! Is there an external PC Card Type II adaptor? I don't care to return the laptop because I got a fantastic deal on it and besides, now that it's open, I'd have to pay 15 percent restocking fee which is a crock of crap.
