WHY CANT SOME1 please JUST TELL ME WHAT FOODS TOO EAT TO BE THIN!?!?

1200 calories a day and you will lose. Eat whatever you like but stop when you hit 1200 calories. I am doing this and so far have lost 18#. I write everthing down and also the calories of everything. You can do it. Think Positively and listen to your body and do what is right for YOU!
