Young Ball Python Not Eating!?

I bought a young ball python he's about a 1ft 1/2 give or take. Anyways, I've had him for almost 2 weeks now and he still hasn't eaten! I've been leaving him pinky's in the cage before I'd go to work and when I return home I still find the pinky laying where I left it. The snake does see it and at time I've noticed stares at the meal. But, still he doesn't eat! No one is around watching him so there's nothing to be shy about. I've always give him a new freshly thawed out pinky after I tossed out the ones that he didn't eat. I'm not sure what to do? Any idea's?
