College chances ruined?

We are facing the same situation. You need a dedicated mentor to guide you through the myriad of criteria for being accepted into these schools. Utilize your guidance counselors, ask a family member to direct you to a professional in whatever field you are leaning towards, contact the schools directly and obtain a contact in the admissions office. I have been told that there are all sorts of exceptions for admitting students, not always based on a grade, but on a true overview all of the student's accomplishments. I hope I was informed correctly, as we are seeking scholarships. My student in question also has ap and honor's cles.....almost the exact same as you, and at present has a C in ap calc. (11th gr.)
