Is the MetroPCS Huawei Ascend available in Miami, Florida?

I have the worst phone and the worst phone company. Not my fault. I don't pay for the phone company, my parents do. I really need to know is the Huawei Ascend is available in Miami, FL, and if so where. Please, help me. And please no comments on the fact that MetroPcs isn't so good. That's not appreciated.
